Office Timings and Holidays
At TensorX we take great pride in doing Meaningful work.
Meaningful work represents an activity that engages our mind and imagination. As we dig deeper into it, we take decisions and set the direction while keeping in mind how our work advances the goals of TensorX.
Since software development builds on extensive collaboration, both synch-and-stablize and dynamic-alignment is required across projects and team members.
In order to ensure, single-site teams get work done face2face, we need predictibility in timings and holiday schedules.
We work 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday.
Our work timings are 0800 hrs to 2000 hrs. This includes a 2 hr lunch and afternoon nap (1200 to 1400 hrs) break.
We would like folks to take a nap in the afternoon. This boosts productivity and cuts out the tea/coffee.
We have a weekly off on Sunday.
As a global company, our associates are spread all over the world. Hence, TensorX is closed on the national holiday for a particular geography or country.
A indicative list of the national holiday is available at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Day
TensorX operates world-wide 24x7x365 for the customers.
